Shipping and returns
Your Shipment
Parcels are normally dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on weight and destination. If you wish to place another order before your main order has shipped, we will try to combine the items into a single shipment to reduce costs, provided we receive the second order in time. Combining orders is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give any reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us by writing to ufficio@smgroup.info. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us describing the issue at ufficio@smgroup.info. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
