2. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
- We process the data you provide when purchasing or registering: name, surname, address, email, telephone; information relating to your orders and purchase history; any correspondence with customer service.
- For payments we retain only the transaction references: full card details are never stored by us and are handled directly by the payment service provider.

3. WHY WE PROCESS THIS DATA
- To perform the sales contract and manage the order, shipping and assistance — Art. 6.1.b GDPR.
- To comply with legal tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6.1.c GDPR.
- To send you promotional communications about our products and initiatives, only with your prior consent — Art. 6.1.a GDPR, revocable at any time.
- To ensure the IT security of our systems — Art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
Through registration and ordering on the online store edizionipercorsi.com, purchases at the physical point of sale, and direct communications with customer service.
5. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with:
- courier (shipping);
- banks and the payment service provider (payments);
- tax advisor (legal compliance);
- email marketing platform provider (only with your consent);
- provider of the cloud infrastructure hosting our systems.
Where these parties process data on our behalf, they act as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Your data is not disseminated.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
- Contractual, purchase and order-history data: 10 years from the last transaction, for tax obligations (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
- Payment references: 10 years for tax obligations.
- Data processed for marketing purposes (with consent): up to 24 months from the last interaction, or until consent is withdrawn.
At the end of these periods the data is deleted or anonymised, save for the brief technical period needed to propagate the deletion across all systems.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), withdraw your marketing consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it). 8. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
Providing the data required for the purchase is mandatory in order to conclude the contract: without it the order cannot be fulfilled. Providing data for marketing purposes is optional and refusal has no consequence on your purchase.
