Condition of products
Serenissima Ministry Group (SMG) sells its products as new, unless otherwise stated. SMG is not responsible for replacing materials that become damaged, worn, or deteriorated as a result of normal use by the customer.
Intellectual property
All logos and trademarks associated with SMG, its ministries, or its online store are the exclusive property of SMG. Likewise, all published materials offered on this site are the intellectual property of SMG. The customer may not use, reproduce, modify, sell, or create derivative works from such materials in any way, except with the prior written consent of SMG.
Warranties
Products are sold as new. SMG does not provide commercial warranties beyond the legal guarantee of conformity established by applicable consumer protection law, which remains fully recognised.
Damage during shipping
If products are damaged in transit, the customer is asked to promptly send SMG photographs of the damage so that a claim can be opened with the carrier. SMG will endeavour to replace the damaged product with an identical one or one of equal value. Where it can be established that the damage resulted from inadequate packaging at the time of shipping, SMG will replace the materials.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order through the site constitutes a purchase proposal and does not result in the immediate conclusion of a contract. After submission, the customer receives a summary email confirming that the order has been received. An order is considered accepted only after product availability has been verified and payment confirmed; the customer will then receive a confirmation notice with the updated order status. SMG reserves the right to accept or reject orders and/or damage claims at any time and for any reason. If an order is cancelled by SMG, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
